Internet usage in learning organisations: Malaysia's perspective

This article examines the relationship between learning organisation and internet usage based on a survey data collected from 184 employees working in Information Technology companies in Malaysia. The results reveal that culture, structure and process, and also people characteristics have significant relationships with both purposes of internet usage and types of internet tools. Meanwhile, leadership characteristic has significant relationship with purpose of internet usage. Discussion and managerial implications of the results are later explained and discussed.
