On the Idea of Running Modern Universities

Forms of deviant idea of running our country's universities are concluded.Also,reasons of that are analyzed.Furthermore,constructing the idea of running modern universities are proposed,namely,training presidents to be with intelligence,re-build the subjectivity spirit in universities and constructing modern university system.
