Estimation of Confidence Limits of Reliability for the Storage-usage Model

This paper discusses the confidence limits for the storage-usage model when the lifetime of the storage and usage are all exponential distributed. Here we give a time equivalent formulation and use this formulation to convert the storage model into the usage model, and solve the reliability confidence limit. A numerical example is presented to enlighten the idea.
