Research on Temperature Compensation Model of Inertial Sensor in Mechanically Dithered RLG's SINS

Based on temperature experiment,the temperature characteristic of mechanically dithered RLG and accelerometer has been studied.The temperature compensation model of RLG's bias and accelerometer's output has been gained by temperature experiment repeated and static output characteristic tested.It has been shown that these models can compensate the bias of the inertial sensor effectively.The RLG's precision is improved about five times and the accelerometer's drift is less than one pulse.The SINS's precision can be improved about two times.The warm-up time can be shortened by temperature compensation.The system has no use for warm-up time.
