Research on the Bearing Fault of PSM Induction Based on the Rigid-Flexible Coupling & Virtual Prototyping

To solve problem of bearing fault for parcel sorting machine (PSM) induction station system (ISS), a method based on the Rigid-Flexible Coupling and Virtual Prototyping is proposed. Firstly, the ISS structure is analyzed, and then built the model for the induction station and bearing Respectively. Finally, several typical faults for induction station bearing are simulated and compared with the theoretical values. Simulation results show that the method can improve diagnosis accuracy and decrease recognition uncertainty.
