Non-linear vector network analyzer (NLVNA) is an emerging instrumentation family. NLVNA should measure the nonlinear (large signal) rather than linear (small signal) circuit performance. This presentation discusses the architecture, calibration, and the operating principles of NLVNA. (19 pages)
