Target controller for traction control system based on vehicle rapid development system

In order to verify the match between the vehicle traction control algorithm and the target controller hardware including the sensors and the actuators, a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) test platform was developed for the controller hardware by means of a vehicle rapid development system and the HIL tests of the target controller hardware were performed. Test results showed that the developed controller effectively keeps the slip rate of the driving wheel in the optimum range and avoids the excessive spin of the driving wheel, therefore lays the foundation for the road test of the target controller.
