Provided is a universal type subway engineering vehicle bogie. The universal type subway engineering vehicle bogie comprises a framework, the upper end face of the framework is provided with secondary suspension side bearings, and the secondary suspension side bearings and transverse shock absorbers arranged on the framework constitute a secondary suspension device of a vehicle body; the lower end face of the framework is connected with axle box bodies through elastic node seats, and vertical shock absorbers and supporting springs arranged on the axle box bodies constitute primary suspension device; the two ends of wheel sets are supported in the axle box bodies through bearings, axle gear boxes are arranged on the wheel sets, and the upper end face of the framework is provided with dry type flange lubricators. The framework is an H-shaped structure mainly composed of side beams and cross beams, the middle of the framework is provided with a central traction pin, the sides, close to the wheel sets, of the cross beams are provided with unit brakes, and the two ends of the side beams of the framework are provided with interface seats used for fixing sand spreading devices or detection devices. The universal type subway engineering vehicle bogie is universally suitable for subway engineering vehicles with different power systems, and has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to maintain, high in universality and capable of meeting speed requirements of the different engineering vehicles.
