Wind power plant operation and maintenance supporting system based on image stream processing technology

Disclosed is a wind power plant operation and maintenance supporting system based on the image stream processing technology. The system is composed of a monitoring network layer, a local command layer, a field command layer and a remote command layer. Wind power monitoring information is transmitted to a local command terminal, a center control room field server and a remote monitoring center remote server through video and audio monitoring equipment in a hierarchical mode. In relevant data processing terminals, physical abnormity automatic diagnosis and recognition of wind power generator set key assemblies are completed through the image stream processing and mode recognition technologies. Remote and real-time field maintenance is commanded by experts based on diagnosis and recognition results and monitoring video and audio information. Commands can also be launched from the local command terminal, the center control room field server and the remote monitoring center remote server to monitoring network equipment, and real-time two-way communication is achieved.
