CMOS millimeter wave and THz ICs

The silicon based CMOS millimeter wave and THz ICs developed in the State Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves (SKLMMW), Southeast University, China, is reviewed in this invited talk. The millimeter wave ICs includes amplifiers, mixers, oscillators at Q, V and W band. The THz ICs are mainly focused on transmission lines and filter structure based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) technology. The design and performance of waveguide structures in silicon based CMOS and MEMs process are also presented.
