Research of 3D finite element modelling on wind wheel blade of wind power generator

Along with the unceasing enhancement of the power of single set of wind power generator,the blade of wind wheel becomes more and more large.For the sake of attaining the aim of increasing the strength and lightening the mass,the layer tay-up design of blade becomes more and more complicated,thus caused the distribution of laminated material extremely irregular along the chord and span directions,therefore big troubles were brought about for the 3D finite element modelling of the wind wheel blade.Directed against this problem a kind of method for establishing the finite element model was presented.By means of subprograms of coordinate's transformation and layer tay-up judgement the attribute settings of laminated unit were accomplished automatically.This method was not at all directed towards a concrete type of wind power generator or a concrete design of finite element calculation software,therefore it possesses certain commonality.
