Reliability Analysis of Existing Concrete Component

On-site detecting is one of the important means for reliability evaluation of the existing structure.According to the existing research results, the state parameters of structure to be used in the study on the structure's physical state are not very often in the evaluation of the exisiting structure.Taking what's above into consideration and to make an objective evaluation for the existing structure's reliability, this paper, based on the on-site detecting data processing, makes use of the improved first-order second-moment method, combined with current concrete structure design code, and analyzes the reliability of flexural component under the uniform load in the perspective of the normal section crack widths in building engineering. The influences of the crack width to component reliability are also discussed.
