Long term behavior of a multi-zener 10 V voltage standard

The long-term behavior of a voltage standard based on 140 zeners is analyzed. This standard was developed in 2003 and was continuously monitored up to now. Noise and drift were evaluated, showing better results than most commercial similar devices.
