EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM LESSON STUDY

The objective of this research was to provide recommendations regarding to the implementation of Lesson Study in Senior High School 5 Metro which included the stages of planning, open class and reflection in its implementation. This research used analysis model of evaluation method, which was conducted in Senior High School 5 Metro involving twelve teachers as subject of research . Data were collected by observation guidelines and were analyzed by qualitative descriptive then it was presented and categorized good category. The conclusions of this research were: (1) the implementation of lesson study program in the stage of planning has ≥ 25% of good value, (2) the implementation lesson study program in the stages of open class has ≥ 16.67% of good value, (3) the implementation of lesson study program in the stage of reflection has ≥ 25% of good value. Tujuan penelitian adalah memberi rekomendasi berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan Lesson Study di SMAN 5 Metro yang meliputi proses tahapan perencanaan, tahapan open class dan tahapan refleksi dalam program implementasi Lesson Study .Penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi model analisis, dilakukan di SMAN 5 Metro dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak dua belas orang guru .Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman observasi dan dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif yang selanjutnya dipersentasekan dan dikategorikan dengan kriteria evaluasi baik. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: (1) pelaksanaan tahapan perencanaan program lesson study memiliki nilai ≥ baik sebanyak 25 % , (2) pelaksanaan tahapan open class program lesson study memiliki nilai ≥ baik sebanyak 16,67 % , (3) pelaksanaan tahapan refleksi program lesson study nilai ≥ baik sebanyak 25% .
