It is my pleasure to welcome you on behalf of the Army Institute for Research in Management Information, Communications, and Computer Sciences (AIRMICS). AIRMICS and Georgia Tech co- sponsored the first and second EFISS symposia and I am pleased that we can co-sponsor this fourth symposium.
