Use of TiNi in Mechanical and Electrical Connectors

Development of two products based on the shape memory effect will be the topic of this presentation. The products use two different TiNi alloys which are permutations of the Nitinol alloys pioneered by Wm. J. Buehler and his co-workers at the U.S. Naval Ordance Laboratory.
