Fair and Effective Elevator Car Dispatching Method for Elevator Group Control System Using Noisy Information from Cameras

あらまし 本研究では,不公平を強いられる可能性のある特別乗客 (ベビーカーや車椅子,大きな荷物などをも つ乗客)や一般乗客を含む全タイプの乗客にカメラからの情報を利用し,公平な待ち時間と効率的な輸送を実現す るためのエレベータ群の配車制御法を提案する.高層ビルではエレベータは垂直輸送の手段として必要不可欠で ある.建物のエレベータ台数は限られており,効率的な配車制御が必要である.また,エレベータ容量の限度か ら,多くの占有量が必要な特別乗客は十分な空きのあるエレベータが到着するまで,一般乗客より長時間待たさ れやすい.一方,近年では環境を観測するカメラや各種センサの普及と画像認識技術の向上により,エレベータ ホールでの待機人数や荷物の大きさを精度よく推定できる.提案手法は,特定のカゴやホールを監視する複数の エージェントがこれらの情報を収集し,待ち時間の短縮化と公平化を実現する効果的な配車を実現する.シミュ レーションを用いて評価実験を行い,提案手法が待ち時間の短縮と公平化を実現し,全乗客の輸送効率を改善で きること,更に推定人数の誤差が与える影響を調査する.最後に改善に対する考察と提案手法の限界を議論する. キーワード マルチエージェントシステム,エレベータ群管理システム,公平性,カメラ,推定誤差
