Oil-gas separation device of ventilation system of engine crankcase

The invention discloses an oil-gas separation device of a ventilation system of an engine crankcase. The oil-gas separation device is characterized in that an inlet or a separating baffle of a labyrinth type oil-gas separation channel positioned on a cylinder cover is provided with a high-molecular separating plate; the section of the labyrinth type oil-gas separation channel positioned on the cylinder cover is surrounded in the shape of a door frame; the top surface of the labyrinth type oil-gas separation channel is provided with a transverse through slot, bumps positioned on two side walls of the labyrinth type oil-gas separation channel are respectively provided with a vertical slot, and a ventilating cover plate is connected below the labyrinth type oil-gas separation channel; the lower edge of the high-molecular separating plate penetrates through the transverse through slot to be in correspondingly contact with the ventilating cover plate, and two side edges of the high-molecular separating plate are respectively matched with the two vertical slots; and a rehandling plate is connected with the transverse through slot in a matching way. The invention has the advantages of effectively enhancing oil-gas separating effect, reducing consumption of machine oil, prolonging the service time of engine oil, ensuring performance of the ventilation system and prolonging service cycle of the ventilation system.
