System maniging disaster and method thereof

PURPOSE: A disaster managing system and method are provided to predict damage and supply information which copes with a disaster. CONSTITUTION: A disaster managing system for a tall building comprises a sensing unit, a predicting unit(200), and a countermeasure unit(300). The sensing unit senses a disaster occurring in the tall building. The predicting unit predicts damage of the disaster of the tall building based on the sensed disaster information. The countermeasure unit provides countermeasure information which copes with the disaster based on the predicted damage. The countermeasure unit monitors whether the countermeasure about the disaster for the tall building is taken according to the countermeasure information.
