Experimental Study and Numerical Simulation of Rock Shaped Charge Blasting

The shaped charge blasting technology needs further research in controlled rock blasting.The rock-breaking effect of concentrated charge,shaped charge and naked shaped charge were compared and analyzed by the shaped charge blasting test.These tests were conducted in different shaped charge liner materials and blast height.The process of shaped charge blasting was simulated with ANSYS/LS—DYNA.The rock breaking mechanism of shaped charge blasting was preliminarily analyzed by theoretical analysis,experiment test and numerical simulation.The rock-breaking effect influenced by cumulative blasting parameters was studied,which will be helpful to the design of rock-breaking.
