Research and Implementation of Real Estate Information Vertical Search Engine Based on Lucene

In light of dispersion characteristics of the current real estate information resources,the information model and implementation technology of the real estate vertical search engine are investigated.We developed market applications of the real estate information on the vertical search engine by using Lucene and Nutch platform and vertical search engine technology.This design includes web crawling module built,web analysis module,database storage module,indexing module,and checking module of the real estate vertical search engine.Therefore,the real estate information vertical search engine is effective to provide users housing information,real estate news,data retrieval and query,and analysis services.
