Strategy Research on Wind Farm Power Regulation Considering System Frequency Regulation Demand

With the rapid increase of the capacity of wind power integration,the difficulty of system frequency regulation is more apparent due to the volatility and randomness of wind power.Therefore,this paper attempts to propose a strategy of wind farm power regulation considering system frequency regulation demand.Control system is divided into wind energy management module,wind farm regulation module,and wind generator regulation module based on the layered thought way.According to the operational information of wind generators,and wind farm and system real-time frequency deviation,two regulation modes and three sub-modes are proposed,namely,normal operation regulation,urgent step-regulation,primary step-regulation,secondary step-regulation and provisional fault step-regulation,in order to support the system frequency regulation and reduce the abnormal time of system frequency.
