The wind generated by the fan is blown to the radiator via the capacitor to cool the capacitor in a forced manner, the laminated bus bar which is adopted as an upper cover for the fan and the radiator forms a closed air duct, so that radiating effect is guaranteed, heat of an equal resistor is dissipated through the radiator, and accordingly actual power is greatly increased.
