Delayed cystoid macular oedema after uncomplicated laser peripheral iridotomy

Laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) is the standard treatment for angle-closure glaucoma and eyes at risk for this condition, such as those with occludable narrow angles. While generally considered a safe and routine procedure in the clinic, it is not without risk.
