Vehicle speed reminding device and method

The invention relates to a vehicle speed reminding device and method. The vehicle speed reminding device comprises a first monitoring module, a second monitoring module and a reminding module; the output end of the first monitoring module and the output end of the second monitoring module are connected to the reminding module in parallel, the first monitoring module is electrically connected to an instrument panel, the first monitoring module is used for comparing the current running speed of the vehicle with the maximum vehicle speeds allowed when a vehicle is in the different running environments, and the second monitoring module is used for judging whether a driver is in the fatigue driving state or not. By means of the vehicle speed reminding device, running roads and driving conditions of the driver are monitored, whether a reminding signal needs to be sent to the driver for reminding the driver to decelerate the vehicle or not is judged according to the monitoring conditions, vibrations of the vehicle are avoided, and noise is avoided; the vehicle speed reminding device is arranged on the vehicle, so that the vehicle speed reminding device is also suitable for road sections without vibration markings or deceleration strips.
