Architecture and design of education IPTV for E-learning in Rural Area

To make sure that the distance learning teaching and learning process occurs appropriately, this paper proposes an available architecture to describe the applications of e-learning in rural area by means of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). According to this architecture, the detail design will be presented. Both education requirement and network restriction are taken into considerations. Furthermore, convenience and interactive capability are our main objects.
