Station Capacity: An Issue in PRT System Planning
暂无分享,去创建一个
Personal rapid transit (PRT) system planners must cope with uncertainties in determining peak hour capacity performance of the stations in a proposed network. This paper presents a spectrum of possible PRT station design concepts, discusses the importance of computer simulation in establishing performance estimates, and suggests planning strategies that anticipate modifications that may be required to correct initial deficiencies and to meet future capacity demands.
