알루미늄 합금의 초정밀 선삭 가공에 관한 연구

In this study, the high speed machining experiment was carried out on aluminum alloy(Al7075) using high speed precision turning system, and investigated that how changes of cutting condition such as nose radius, cutting speed and depth of cut have an effect on chip form, chip curl radius and surface roughness. The high speed machined surface had an uniformed appearance compared to conventional machined surface. Therefore, it was convinced of the possibility of high quality machining by high speed machining. Variation of chip curl radius increased when nose radius was smaller, however it decreased when cutting speed and depth of cut were smaller. The characteristics of surface roughness was appeared to similar tendency of theoretical surface roughness(R_(max)=f²/8R) according to the change of nose radius, however it was not affected by either cutting speed or depth of cut.
