Photovoltaic (PV) inverter

The invention relates to a photovoltaic (PV) inverter, belonging to the technical field of PV power generation applications. For the purpose of improving the overall conversion efficiency of a PV power generation system, the wide input voltage range and the high conversion efficiency of the inverter are required in a PV grid-connected system. The PV inverter comprises a main controller, a voltagechanging and stabilizing circuit, a network-side system under MPPT (maximum power point tracking), an inverse grid-connected system and a solar-cell panel, wherein the voltage changing and stabilizing circuit is utilized to realize requirements of wide-input voltage range; and in the circuit, a double-Boost interleaving grid-connected control technology and a silicon carbide Schottky diode are adopted to improve the voltage bearing capacity of a power switching element and reduce the loss of power elements greatly as well as meet the special requirements of the PV grid-connected system for the inverter. In the inversion part, a high-speed H-bridge IGBT (insulated gate bipolar translator) module is adopted to carry out full-bridge inversion, and an MPPT algorithm is adopted, thus improvingthe overall conversion efficiency of the PV power generation system and increasing the overall generated energy of the PV power generation system.
