The study focused on finding the problems of the educational facilities for the disabled person in Busan area national universities. The study is divided into four areas; pedestrian mobility, interior parts, restroom, and guidelines. The finding revealed that firstly, the pedestrian mobility such as boardwalk provided with raised edges, grid hole size of the manhole cover, parking areas for wheelchair users, and the door guide at the entrance are not properly equipped with the regulations. Secondly, interior parts such as handrails and Braille on the corridor and stair, emergency call in the elevator, and vertically moving access are not appropriately provided. Thirdly, the restroom and guidelines of the facilities are the weakness of the university facilities because most of the facilities are not followed with the regulations, and less equipped than the pedestrian mobility and interior parts. The conclusion is that the unproperly indicated educational facilities for the disabled person in the study can be improved without long-term planning because they do not need hard construction and are easily improved facilities, thus, the strong will of the university members is necessary.
