A study on intelligent transmission and sorting system for PIVAS

Objective: To analyze the tradition and current situation of PIVAS, use the advanced technology to achieve a great improvement in safety, accuracy, efficiency, and reduce pollution for PIVAS. Methods: Compared the safety, accuracy, efficiency and pollution between the sample of PIVAS in Nanfang Hospital and the Intelligent Transmission Sorting System which owns advanced technology in the world. Results: The Intelligent Transmission Sorting System can greatly improve the efficiency and productivity for PIVAS, reduce pollution to the large extent, enhance safety and accuracy in preparation and deliveries of infusions, and establish the foundation of hospital information. Conclusion: In order to reduce inaccuracy, improve efficiency and reduce pollution for PIVAS, it is necessary to bring the Intelligent Transmission Sorting System into practice and popularize the advanced technology in hospital.
