Analysis on vibration of Li-ion battery module used for electric vehicle

Battery modules used for vehicle were investigated according to vibration standards QC/T 743 and SAE J2380.The influencing factors of vibration on the battery module were analyzed.After vibration,the structures of the modules,ACR and discharge capacity kept with the state before vibration.During the vibration,the discharge capacity of battery modules decreased to around 80% of the initial discharge capacity.It was indi cated that the the vibration level of SAE J2380 would be higher than QC/T 743,according to discharge capacity during vibration.
