Method of assembling an aircraft wing comprising at least two of the operations drilling, riveting and installation of anchor nuts (20), whereby a robot (7) moves relative to the wing in an essentially plane parallel to wing, the robot (7) being equipped with an arm (9) designed to accommodate a tool holder (15), characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: a) installation of a toolholder (15) in the arm robot (9) with tools for performing a first operation, b) position of the robot arm in the first working position in the unit wing aircraft, c) conducting the robot (7) of the first working operation said first position, d) manipulation of the robot arm (9) in the correct order to new work positions on the wing unit within a work area (10) reachable by the robot arm (9) and realization of the first operation working in these new detrabajo positions, e) movement of the robot (7) relative to the wing into new areas of work (10) and performing steps b) and d) at a predetermined workspaces number, f) installing a tool holder with tools for performing a second operation work on the robot arm (9), after which g) execution by the robot of the second working operation following the steps b) and e).
