Performance measurement systems nel Facility Management

Nel Facility Management (FM) gli operatori hanno continuato per ancor più tempo a considerare gli aspetti di costo come elementi sufficienti a valutare le performance dei servizi erogati. Questo approccio non è corretto. Il rischio è di ridurre il facility management a un semplice acquisto di servizi al prezzo minore rispetto a una gamma di erogatori non differenziati. Di conseguenza anche nel facility management è sorta recentemente la necessità di spostare la valutazione delle performance aziendali da modelli puramente finanziari ad altri customer oriented (Shaw e Haynes, 2004).
