The invention relates to a motor system having a passive cable laying function, which comprises a motor, a motor main control valve bank, a passive cable laying valve bank and a cooling oil compensation device, wherein a working oil inlet and a working oil return port of the motor are respectively communicated with a working oil inlet and a working oil return port of the control valve, an oil inlet end, an oil outlet end and a pilot end of a pilot control-type passive cable laying valve in the passive cable laying valve are respectively communicated with the working oil inlet and the working oil return port of the control valve as well as an electromagnetic reversing valve oil inlet end, an oil outlet end of the electromagnetic reversing valve is communicated with the oil outlet end of the pilot control-type passive cable laying valve, an oil outlet end of an oil compensation retaining valve in the cooling oil compensation device is communicated with a pipeline between the motor working oil return port and the control valve working oil return point, and an oil inlet end of a safety valve is communicated with a pipeline between the oil compensation retaining valve and an oil compensation pump. Due to the adoption of the design, not only can a passive cable laying function be realized, can the problem that the heating of the motor is serious during the cable laying process be solved, but also the structure is simple, and an automatic high pressure adjusting function can be realized.
