Over the years, logistics have undergone important changes not only in conceptual terms, but has proven how it has evolved to what we know today as e-logistics, in which the use of Internet as a key tool is incorporated. Due to this development, organizations have determined a change in inventory management, warehouse and supply chain. These changes lead to new implementations of certain support systems such as WMS, SCM, ERP and CRM. This article describes some commonly ERP software used in e-logistics. In addition a successful case of ERP implementation is described, this is the company Telcon, which decided to make the changes in its structure by implementing adaptive systems to support their needs, resulting in better performance in warehousing and distribution activities.
