The fuel cell is the energy source that can commercialize, and it can solve the problem of the fossil fuel; such as the limitation of deposit production, the production of the environmental pollution material. The components of the fuel cell needs the high quality of reliability because this fuel cell circulates the explosive work fluid. For this purpose, the evaluation method of the components is necessary to secure the reliability in the fuel cell. However, there have no global standard for the components in the fuel cell or local one. This study concerns about the evaluation method of the durability test. At the first, the substitution preventing valve is selected to confirm the reliability with a durability test. And the evaluation method is set up from the standard of the general purpose solenoid valve. At the final, the reliability of the repetitive operation is verified from the test results of a durability test.
