CHRONIC DI GUGLIELMO DISEASE

Two cases of myeloproliferative disease (Damashek and Gunz, 1964; Kelemen, 1969; Miale, 1967) of the Di Guglielmo variety are presented. One patient has been followed over a period of three years to observe the development of the disease, and the case is described in detail. The second case is similar and of more recent discovery, and is included for interest.
