Touch screen panel having increased active region

PURPOSE: A touch screen panel module with an increased active region is provided to maximize a sensing area relative to its size by having a minimized bezel width. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate comprises an active area(AR) and an inactive region(NAR). A transparent electrode pattern is formed on the active area. A controller chip(330), separated from the active area, is mounted in the inactive region. Electrode wirings are formed in the inactive region in which the controller chip is mounted. A first group(370) among the electrode wirings is connected to the controller chip in parallel with the controller chip. A second group(380) is connected to the controller chip in a vertical direction with the controller chip.
