Underwater Blasting Performance Research of Ring Energy-accumulated Bangalore Torpedo

The principle and application environments of ring energy-accumulated bangalore torpedo were introduced briefly.The design methods of ring energy-accumulated detonator were proposed,especially about the choice of the explosive type,the determination of the material and configuration parameters of ring detonator cover.Jet velocity was obtained when bangalore torpedo exploded underwater according to the jet motion formula of ideal fluid.Experiment of underwater blast performance was carried out.It was proved that flexible chains could be cut off or damaged by using the V-shape detonator cover and multiple targets could be destructed simultaneously and effectively by ring energy-accumulated blasting in a certain range.
