The Application of Energy Decoupling Technique to Powertrain Mounting System Optimization

A dynamic model for the vehicle powertrain mounting system is established,and the relevant formulae are derived based on the theory of energy decoupling,which are then applied to the improvement of the powertrain mounting system of a mini vehicle.The results show that the optimization of mount stiffness can effectively enhance the decoupling rate of powertrain mount,and hence improve the NVH performance of the system.
