THE INTEGRATED EXPERT SYSTEMS FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING IN QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEMS

ABSTRACT The problem of using expert systems is studied in quality control system in manufacture, society and nature. The conception of life cycle for ordering the numerous factors and process in these domains is suggested. To control each stage of life cycle the two-loop scheme of intelligence feedback control systems is used. A generalized system cybernetic structure model is suggested to control each loop with different semantics of processes: normal functioning and prophylactics. A methodology of using the integrated expert systems combining both loops is considered.
