Analysis of Significant Wave Height Measurement Experiment Using GNSS-R

The paper states the theory of the approach using ICF based on GNSS-R.In addition,the authors conduct an experiment on this approach in MATLAB environment and evaluate the property of the approach.The results of the experiment analysis indicate that the approach is effective way for sensing SWH.
