Parameters Optimized Design of Automobile Anti-collision Millimeter Wave Radar System

The distance and velocity indexes of LFMCW(Linear Frequency Modulation Continous Wave) radar are put forward by analysing the relationship between safe distance and relative velocity of automobile.According to the measurement range and resolution requirement,the signal processing indexes are constituted.The restrictions between radar front ends parameters and measurement indexes and signal processing technical parameters are analysed.Ranges of beat frequency and Doppler frequency and their coupling relation are discussed,and the condition and relation that central frequency and modulation frequency need to meet are discussed.The relation between measurement resolution and frequency resolution is analysed under time-frequency analysis.Key parameters are mediated and modified,CZT algorithm is adopted to optimize signal processing parameters.The method and steps of constituting radar system parameters are provided.The method can establish LFMCW radar system parameters exactly and quickly.
