Bipolar micropower circuits for crystal-controlled timepieces
暂无分享,去创建一个
An electronic system for quartz crystal-controlled timepieces is described. Special attention is paid to the frequency divider, which is the heart of the whole system. A novel binary cell, which uses conventional bipolar technology, leads to low power consumption and small cell size in the frequency divider. The whole system is implemented in bipolar technology, thus enhancing reliability and simplifying processing.
