On the basis of analyzing basic characteristics of complex systems engineering,the object evolvement was discussed from the aspects of time-variation of object,changeability of environment and cost change of usable resource.Then,autonomous harmony of organization of complex systems engineering and frangibility of complex networks were analyzed.Moreover,the operation mechanism design and dynamic game of complex systems engineering were studied and the distributed simulation framework for effect evaluation of complex systems engineering was constituted.Finally,aiming at a typical complex systems engineering(command chain for fighting back calamity),as an example a systematic analysis was carried out.
