Deviation Problem and its Solving

In order to introduce the study on automatic composition of knowledge-based semantic web services, this paper abstracts the main concept of deviation problem (expended knowledge-based analysis system task), analyzes the relation between them, proposes the modeling of deviation problem, and construes the ontology-based problem-solving methods.
