Injection Grouting for Repair of Masonry: Research to Practice
暂无分享,去创建一个
The National Science Foundation funded in 1991 a research program to meet the needs of the nation for effective and economical methods to repair or retrofit masonry structures. The project, organized as a joint University-Industry effort between the University of Colorado and Atkinson-Noland Associates, Inc., developed and executed a comprehensive research study which has resulted in new materials and procedures for the repair of masonry by injection grouting. Atkinson- Noland, serving as a consulting engineer, has applied the results of the research study to the repair of existing masonry buildings. Two of these projects, one involving three elementary schools and the other a church rectory are described.
