Conformal frequency selective surfaces design

In this study a conformal frequency selective surface has been proposed for 5.8GHz frequency band and compared with a planer array frequency selective surface in the same sizes. A satisfactory performance has been obtained and a negligible difference has been obtained in terms of frequency and bandwidth when compared to the planer one. The radius of the spherical face that the proposed structure has bended on, is evaluated and the corresponding results proposed as well.
