Detecting empty in the collapsed stope using geophysical on technology and design for production resume and safety evaluation of the mine

The Au3 stope using openstope mining method collapsed at 4 December.2006 and then mining production had stopped.In order to recume production as early as possible,It is necessary to detect the empty in the collapsed stope.This paperpresents the work that analyzes the cause of caving and finds out the actuality of fill-up using geophysical detecting technology.Then design to resume production is given based on the detecting results.Finally,production safety is evaluated.At present,the mine is in trial production by adopting the design and results in this paper.
